I had only a small space and home theaters were just too big. This fit in my space and provided superior sound quality. It was easy to set up and use.
I called customer service (found the number on their website) to ask a question about the setup and the person I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase.

The bass on this i will say is great but the sound wasn’t actually as good as on my tv. it might just be because the speakers on my tv are quite good compared to others. When put to work with my blu-ray player the sound didn’t really sound HD like. it sounded muffled compared to my tv speakers.
this may be different for you but my experience with this wasn’t great.

I hooked up the ZVOX to my 40″ Sony HDTV. It was very easy to hook up, even for a 68 year old woman that is electronically challenged. The speakers on these new thin TV’s are bad. This little box puts out beautiful sound. It makes watching TV much more enjoyable. The only problem I have is that I watch TV from too far away most of the time to appreciate the great sound I now have. I am considering getting longer wires and moving the box closer to where I am. I have two cats. I need to figure out how to hide the wires so they don’t think this is a new toy.

I have a small 12×12 TV room with a nice 37 inch HDTV. As we all know, and I don’t know why, most HDTV’s have very crappy small 5 watt speakers that are just that..crappy. I don’t care for the surround system with all those speakers, wires and fluff. That is not me. I just want good sound….nice high’s, mid’s, and beautiful crisp clean deep BASS. This system delivers it. It fit’s PERFECTLY in my Ikea stand and looks like just another component. It’s only 13 inches wide. The sound is very nice. I’m glad BOSE finally met it’s competition with this thing. It’s wonderful and VERY easy to hook up since there is only 2 cords you need to worry about…the power cord and the AV audio cable. I have Direct TV and a blu ray DVD player connected to my TV. All I did was connect the red and white AV cable to my TV audio out red and white’s. IT DIDN’T work. I then proceeded to the menu button on my TV and I went to the AUDO category and turned off the TV speakers. Presto ! It works ! Works perfectly. I then did what the manufacturer recommended…using my TV remote, I increased the volume to the 75% percentile range…then and only then did I increase the volume on the actual ZVOX unit until it was loud enough. Doing this helps to diminsh any humming noises you may here. I didn’t here any. I am very impressed with this thing. It’s exactly what I was looking for..just something that is 100% better than my TV’s stock speakers, but not complicated like a true surround sound system with all the speakers and wires. Again, my TV room is only 12×12, so this was PERFECT. Very pleased !
