According to Digitimes, Toshiba’s first tablet PC will be powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 2 processor and run on Android. Digitimes reports plans from Toshiba to produce an Android-based touch-screen tablet computer, due out in September or October of 2010.

The report goes on to say that the tablet will be 10-inches, run on the Android Operating System, and have NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor tucked inside. Basically, it sounds like it has the potential to be a great machine. We have no specs and features for you.
